This document provides information about visual artist Jeffrey W. Pergament and samples of his work. It includes descriptions of two paintings - one created with his daughter that was later destroyed in a fire, and another from 1975 also destroyed in a fire. It also advertises the sale of Pergament's remaining artworks, priced at $700 each, as well as gemstones and jewelry for sale, with contact information provided.
5. DETAIL; UNTITLED This painting measured 48” x 48” and was completed in 1975. It was destroyed by fire and explosion in Hollywood, Florida in 1976, while being delivered to a gallery for a premiere exhibit.
6. UNTITLED This painting was completed while living with my daughter and her mother in Margate, NJ. One morning, I arose to find my daughter standing on the couch in front of this painting adding her crayon lines and patterns to participate in my work. Instead of punishing my daughter, I picked her up in my arms, grabbed a scissors and ripped into the painting. I carried it and included it in my exhibitions. The digital color lines have been added to reflect that gesture by my daughter, now estranged from me. The piece was destroyed as previously described by fire and explosion in South Florida.
7. YEAR-END SALE OFFINE ART, JEWELRY & OTHER COLLECTABLES. I am offering some select pieces from my private collection of jewelry and miscellaneous items and I am offering at a deep discount my paintings in my on-hand inventory at my apartment studio. I can be reached directly and maintain a secure business preferred PayPal account for online transactions. Please enjoy this PowerPoint presentation and contact me privately and confidentially with your interests. Thank you.
8. BLACK OPALS These are not triplets; most are true black opals from Australia – Lightning Ridge. The matching pair, lower left, are the only triplets.
11. THE FULL PLATE OF UNSET GEMS The opals are to the left; then some small diamond “points” and a black diamond, then the emeralds, then Burmese rubies and the Ceylon sapphires. The emeralds all come from Colombia except one oval stone.
12. THE GEM COLLECTION The black diamond is approximately 1.34 carats and the square emerald on the left of the group is approximately 1.78. The rubies are 1+ carats and the sapphires are unknown by me; I acquire the sapphires by size and not weight. For me, they are different than diamonds and emeralds. If you would like to discuss a jewelry design or setting as well as a gem stone acquisition, please contact me. 610-203-6788 finearts@visualjeff.com

32. UNTITLED 30” x 40” Acrylic on canvas. $700.00 plus S/P/I. This painting currently hangs in my bedroom. I am particularly fond of this piece actually. It is a subtle tribute to Michelangelo and his bronze competitors among other “things.” This bargain sale will end on December 31, 2010 and the sale prices will be adjusted on a painting-by-painting basis. finearts@visualjeff.com
