Jcca.me is a website created by the JCC Association to provide resources for JCC professionals to learn, share, and grow. In 2013, the site had over 18,000 visits from over 1,800 individual professionals. It contains over 20 knowledge bases on topics like arts, fitness, and marketing as well as blogs, archives, and a calendar of professional events. The most popular content areas included help documents, program listings, flyer design templates, and holiday marketing materials. In 2014, the site planned to improve the user experience through responsive design, faster search functions, and optimized loading speeds.
