critical loads and life safety systems.
 Fire Protection with Sprinklers, Wet risers &
Extinguishers, Inergen system for LV room,
Deluge foam system for DG room.
 Cold water system with Tanks,
EWH for each apartment
Sanitation, Fixtures and Fittings,
Drainage.
 TV/Telephone/Data systems.
 CCTV system for Lobbies & Car park
 Access control system & Gate barriers
