PERSONAL PROFILE
I am a highly ambitious individual who thrives on the challenge of offshore drilling. I have quickly
proven myself in this area by progressing through the ranks to the position of Toolpusher. In
reaching this level, I have regularly received management recognition and commendation for my
hard work and willingness to learn.
My strong leadership qualities enable me to motivate myself as well as others to ensure
continued focus on common goals. I have proven communication skills coupled with a positive
attitude. I am very approachable which has allowed me to coach and mentor crews working
under me.
I take Health, Safety and Environmental aspects extremely seriously in my role and continue to
play a proactive part in personal and corporate initiatives in these important areas.
I am competent in all levels of drilling up to the positions of Driller and Toolpusher with varied
experience in existing and new technologies such as HPHT drilling activities.
I am extremely motivated and looking for an opportunity to contribute my skills to a successful

Jack Up
I currently hold the position of Toolpusher on board the PVD II operating in the South
China Seas. In this role I am exposed to and experienced with National 14-P-220
Mud Pumps, National ADS-10T Drawworks, Varco TDS 8SA 750T Top Drive, PH100 Pipe
Handler, NOV AR3200 Iron Roughneck with Hydraulic Turntable, NOV D-495 Rotary Table, NOV PS-21
Auto Slips, Amphion Control Systems, VDAQ Instrumentation, Shaffer 18 ¾” 15k SLX BOP’s and
associated equipment.
An important part of my responsibilities is the safety assurance of the drill crew. I lead Toolbox talks,
Job Safety Analysis discussions and assessments within the drill crew team. I ensure the drill crew
embrace the desired safety culture and behaviours through direct two-way communication and
leadership. I will actively intervene and coach in situations where the level does not meet the desired
expectation. I am also responsible for the acceptance of activities controlled under Permit to Work.
July 09 – Sept 12 Ensco 102 Independent Leg Cantilever Jack-up Mod V B Class
I held the position of Driller up to January 2012 when I was promoted to
Toolpusher on board Ensco 102, operating in the North Sea on behalf of Conoco
Phillips. I have been involved in the management of pressure drilling prior to
commencing the drilling of several HPHT wells.
In this role I was exposed to and experienced in National 14-P-220 Mud Pumps,
National 1625 UDBE Drawworks, Varco PRS 4i Pipe Racking System, Varco
TDS 4H Top Drive, PH85 Pipe Handler, NOV AR3200 Iron Roughneck, NOV
PS-21 Auto Slips, Varco Rigsense Instrumentation, Shaffer 15k 18 ¾” NXT
BOPs with HMI Screen Controls and associated equipment.

I worked onboard the Ensco 80 as Crane Operator from 1995 to 2006 before
moving to Assistant Driller where I was rapidly promoted to Trainee Driller before
my reassignment to a newer drilling unit. I started my offshore career as a
Roustabout with Penrod onboard the 85 and 80 in 1991 working my way up to
Assistant Crane Operator and then to Crane Operator.
