This document provides a catalog of 10 mobile applications that were developed by JARC SEAMOLEC in 2010. The applications include dictionaries for various languages like Tagalog, Visaya, English, Indonesian, Thai, Khmer, and Vietnamese. It also includes tourism guides for locations like Indonesia, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Java Island, and Vietnam. The applications were created to help tourists and travelers learn key words and phrases in local languages to facilitate communication while visiting Southeast Asian countries.

ETABISAYA is a mobile dictionary
1. ESTABISAYA application which contains 4 languages;
English, Tagalog, Bahasa Indonesia and
Visaya. As it well known, the Tagalog is
the national language of the Philippines.
Moreover, Visaya is the local language
which is widely used in Southern
Philippines, especially in Davao and
surrounding cities. The ETABISAYA is
Rani, Inne, developed from the former dictionary
Hilmi, P Joes application which contains 3 languages
with 1 input. In ETABISAYA, there are 4
languages with 4 inputs.
This application can be used by people who
only can speak one language from the 4
languages provided. This application has
more than 8,000 words in English, Tagalog,
Bahasa Indonesia and Visaya
2. VOC
Voice On Cellphone is a mobile application
which contains mini conversation in 3
languages; English, Indonesia and Tagalog.

According to its name, this application have

3. DOTOGO
A mobile tourism guide based on mobile
device. It can be used as a virtual guide for
tourists who traveled to Davao. The

philosophy of the name is Davao to go, to
emphasize Davao as a destination

A mobile application which consists of
tourism sites in Java Island. The word
“JARGON” itself stands for “Java Tourism

The EIT Dictionary contains 3 languages.
They are English, Indonesian and Thai. It

The Tourism Guide is a development of the
EIT Dictionary. Tourism Guide contains of

Rizal in the daily life. Tourism Guide divide to 3
categories about Introduction, Direction
and Food & Drink

5. 7. Khmer Dictionary
Seamolec conducts Staff Exchange
program in cooperation with National
Polytechnic Institute of Cambodia (NPIC) to
develop a mobile phone application in
Manith form of a dictionary called “SEADICT”. It
Consists of English-Khmer words. Those

foreigner who come to Cambodia or
Indonesia

9. Lao Tourism Guide
Tourism guide – Direction v.1 now updated
with Lao language. This tourism guide is
consist of 5 language now, English,
Khmer(Cambodian), Indonesia, Vietname,
Irfan, Hardi
and Lao with 15 sentences inside for each
language. Not just the word but you also
can hear the sound, so you can spell the
sentences correctly
