5. Absences
If you are unable to attend an event…
• Contact an executive member by emailing
byrnecreekleoclub@gmail.com at least 48 hours before the
event and find a replacement
• Absences without a legitimate excuse will result in a strike
• If you receive 3 strikes you will not be considered for future
events
