Alpha Electrical December 2007 to Jan 2010
Apprentice electrician - This employment had gave me a good foundation and insight into a real
work place of a trade. In this post I was a general assistance to the electricians helping with a
variety of electrical jobs whilst being responsible in ensuring the area was clean and safe to
work in. Communication is highly important in any work force, especially when working on jobs
in which it may take more than one shift to complete. Time keeping, routine and organisation
both contribute to the succession of tasks I undertook. In addition to working as an apprentice I
attended college on day release.
RAF Cadet 2004 to April 2007
Corporal – I attended the RAF cadets twice a week and a number of weekends. During this time
I completed various training courses such as: first aid. I gained experience in leadership
principles, working on RAF camp, took part in adventure training weekends and achieved my
Duke of Edinburgh award.
Interests
Running, Gym, rugby, keeping fit and spending time with my family and friends
