Jacqueline Casey was a graphic designer born in 1927 in Quincy, Massachusetts. She graduated in 1949 from Massachusetts College of Art with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in illustration. Casey had a successful career in graphic design, creating posters and illustrations. She was known for incorporating large bold text contrasted with smaller text. Casey received recognition for her work, which is included in the collections of the Museum of Modern Art and the Library of Congress. She helped pioneer the field as a female graphic designer and died in 1991 while battling cancer.
