• Administer full hearing diagnostic testing which includes: compiling a case
history of the patient, pure tone and speech audiometry, demo of appropriate
device, and thorough explanation of results and prognosis.
• Prepare and counsel a detailed framework of rehabilitation for each patient.
• Service and maintain all hearing devices including disassembling and
replacing worn or damaged device parts, and adjusting settings via Avant2d
software.
• Arrange invoices, reports, memos, letters, and other documents, using
