The front elevation of Lynwol Apartments in Cape Town was being refurbished using various Dekro coatings. The precast stone panels were cleaned and treated before applying Dekroseal pigmented emulsion primer, Sheerflex topcoat, and Fibre Strength intermediate coating to bridge hairline cracks. Atlanticain Main Road, Sea Point was also undergoing metal refurbishment by applying UmeguardSX primer and Unymarine CS614 topcoats as specified. Stone Ridge development in Langeberg Ridge used Dekroseal masonry primer and Afriflex flexible, textured coating with excellent water resistance.
