Hyper parenting, also known as helicopter parenting, is prevalent in Singapore where parents closely monitor their children's experiences and problems, especially in education, limiting children's independence. This is due to Singapore's exam-focused education system where good grades guarantee career success. It also stems from disparities between high schools, forcing parents to heavily tutor children. Most university students received extensive outside tutoring. While the goal is helping children succeed, hyper parenting has left students unable to think critically or be entrepreneurial. The government recognizes this is impacting children and the country. Reforms aim to measure student capability beyond grades and broaden learning to develop character. Parents should also allow unscheduled time for children to enjoy themselves and learn independently.

All children have the fundamental right to education, but millions of them are never enrolled in a school or are dropped out for varied reasons, especially in families where the parents are illiterate themselves, and are facing an acute shortage of resources daily. Executive Summary
Dubai is one of the top ten largest cities in the United Arabs Emirates. It harbors a great number of the top class population. Among these are the managers, engineers, IT engineers, teachers, accountants, bankers, and the high-class district. Because of the workplace demands these people are more and more busy each day. Their weekly schedules are so packed that they have no much time for their children back at home. However, these people have greater need to offer their children the best environment in which they can learn. They are more concerned about preparing their kids to access information and knowledge. This can be seen by the fact that some of these are more and more willing and ready to take their children to kindergartens found far a way from their residence and pay for them so that they can access the necessary child care, knowledge and skills.
The market needs for children education in Dubai are so many despite the existence of nearby kindergartens. This is because these existing kindergartens have not employed the necessary creativity in ensuring that the needs of the customers are addressed in their schools. Some of the needs for instance, which can be addressed better by creative kindergartens include provision of an environment that is secure, innovative and that enhances a sense of belonging, classrooms that are well organized and full of resources, an educational and stimulating environment, large playground to cater for the exercise needs of their children, an outdoor equipment that is excellently selected and child safe to enable the children enjoy locomotion and motor skill development and a curriculum that addresses all the educational needs of children with or without special learning needs. With this market needs analysis, innovation and creativity were employed during the planning of the creative kindergarten known as Kiddie Junction School. Unlike other kindergartens, which are only concerned with the child care and education services, this proposed kindergarten is going to be more creative. This is because it will bring in the unique idea of talent identification among the little kids. If the talent of a child is spotted at an early age, it is easy to build it early so that the child can start applying it early in his or her life. This is important because most of the people in the world became great because they used their talents.

They partnered with Breakfast for Learning and investigated starting a program at several local schools, finding most already had morning snacks but some were interested. The group surveyed people, found most thought breakfast programs were important, and volunteered at two schools. Their action plan includes fundraising, writing to their MPP, and donating money raised to their partner organization to restart a breakfast program.
How to Build a Module in Odoo 17 Using the Scaffold MethodCeline George
Odoo provides an option for creating a module by using a single line command. By using this command the user can make a whole structure of a module. It is very easy for a beginner to make a module. There is no need to make each file manually. This slide will show how to create a module using the scaffold method.
How to Make a Field Mandatory in Odoo 17Celine George
In Odoo, making a field required can be done through both Python code and XML views. When you set the required attribute to True in Python code, it makes the field required across all views where it's used. Conversely, when you set the required attribute in XML views, it makes the field required only in the context of that particular view.

This is a program where financial supports are given
for children regarding school needed. They can
obtain their rights in education, continue their
school.
However, there are requirement for children whom
interest to join ISCO. Sponsor children should attend
minimum 90% class process (standard absence of
ISCO). This has to be done to prevent children from
missing too many classes which can affect their
school performance.
The financial support for formal education support
will cover:
Administration Expenses,
Entrance/Reenrollment Fee,
Uniform, Textbooks, Monthly Tuition Fee,
Meal Expenses, School Activities,
Report / Certificate
Other support will be in the forms of:
Parents meetings

2. Children Activity Center
ISCO have Children Activity Center in every sponsored areas.
ISCO give an obligation to every sponsored children to attend
the CAC in order to help them do learn school lessons, learn
educational stuff with fun, play, and prevent children go unto
street, or become child labors.
Children Activities in the Activity Center:
Produce recycle crafts.
Visit Halim Perdana Kusuma Airport and Fire Fighter
Head Office.
Visit the Zoo and Planetarium.
Learn traditional art and games.
Painting, Singing, and Swimming.
3. Health, and Nutrition Protection
Children in the sponsored areas very often get sick
because of lack of nutrition, and vitamins or limited
medical support. This situation affects these children
school attendance. ISCO provides additional food,
vitamins or fruits which are prepared by the tutors in
the activity center.
By following this program, children would learn how to
pray before eat, how to queue, respect and share with
each other.

5. ISCO PROGRAM
4. Children Pre-School Program
ISCO give scholarships for marginal children starting
from preschool or kindergarten age. ISCO found that
sometimes preschool doesn’t exist in slum areas. This
motivates ISCO to establish a kindergarten run by ISCO
itself to gives marginal kids opportunities to reap
benefits since kindergarten age to give them equality
in education since preschool age.
The ISCO children preschool program run by ISCO itself
and the formal kindergarten program with learning and
playing methods program for kids and also combine
between theory and practices for them.
ISCO preschool program aims for long term education
awareness in marginal kids since preschool age. This
also means that ISCO want good education prevent this
kids from become street children or child laborers and
reduce the number of street children in the future.
5. Children Right Advocacy Support
It is difficult to get free education in this country. Poor
children must compete among others. They should
have money, identity and do some test to enter
primary school. Even to follow the class, they have to
buy books, pay down payment, etc.
Local advocacy we often do, to put ISCO children as
equal as other children to get free education.

7. STARTING ISCO PROGRAM
How ISCO start their project:
ISCO gather data from Dinas Social, BPS to find poor areas (slum) in Jakarta, Medan, and
Surabaya.
We select which one that very crowded, poor by crossed check directly to the slum (with
Lurah, RT, RW—local formal/informal leader). Also check social facilitate around the areas
(such us school SD, SMP, SMU, kinder garden)
Evaluate which one that we will choose. (2 months).
After we choose: find contact person to introduce ISCO to community, one by one.
We choose slum area, urban people because children vulnerable to become street children
there, easy to exploitation by parents, creative to follow negative life in their activities.
We select kids from poor families with income Rp 157.000/person/month, so if there were 4
people in 1 family, total income Rp 628.0000. (±6.5 US$). Property 100% from income = Rp
15 million (include house and furniture.)
