2. The goal is to be the first player to produce proteins by correctly playing organelle cards in sequence, representing the organelle roles. Players start with five random cards and take turns playing up to three organelle cards or one disease card.
3. To produce proteins, players must play cards in this order: cytoplasm, nucleus, mitochondrion, vacuole, lysosome, endoplasmic reticulum, ribosomes, Golgi apparatus. Disease cards destroy an opponent's lysosome.
