When reading this table we are interested in the results of the "Pearson Chi-Square" row. We can
see here p value = 0.632 which is greater than alpha value i.e. 0.05. This tells us that there is no
significant relationship between Awareness of IRX app and Age of realtors; accepting H0.

As per this table, from the result given in "Pearson Chi-Square" row. We can see here
that p value = 0.378 which is greater than alpha value i.e. 0.05 This tells us that there is no
significant relationship between Gender of realtors and Usage of app; accepting H0.

SUGGESTIONS
 The company (IRX) should invest in order to create brand awareness among the
realtors.
 More emphasis should be paid on advertisement part, as advertisement creates
awareness about the product and IRX is still new in reality market.
 It was found that realtors are aware about the IRX app but usage is less.
 Must take a quick action on the realtors complain and genuine leads which in turn
will make the realtors happy and become brand loyal.
 As the competition is very high in the Real Estate sector the diversification step taken
by the IRX is appreciable.

• In Conclusion, if the Real Estate industry wants to succeed and prosper, it has to invest
in technological innovations.
• Real Estate industry is going through tough times, so to come back again in the race,
this industry need to build trust among both the buyers and sellers.
• IRX is a dedicated Real Estate industry specific mobile application that is specific for
B2B purposes and thus is expected to bring about a revolutionary change in
