Let’s Begin

Click Windows ICON

Choose a browser

Example….

Type on URL Tab

This page will appear

Choose Invoiceable:

Click Sign up

Until you see this…

Fill up the details

Email Address

Type password

Click Get started

Set up an COMPANY
account

Click account

Choose Company

Fill up the details

Company Name

Company Address

Click Save changes

Click Preferences

This will appear

Regional Settings

Enable

PayPal Email

Click Save

Click Add Invoice

Invoice Dashboard

Fill up the details

Reference No.

Client Name

Add Client

Type the client name

Click Ok

Choose Terms of Payment

Choose No if Not yet Paid

Click Advance Options

Select Currency

Can Add PO number

Discount

Change Date Issue

Choose Yes/No if you want client
to view invoice

Choose Yes/No if you want payment
through PayPal

Choose YES/NO if want the client to
be reminded

Choose YES/NO if want to repeat

If NO. Click Save Changes

If Yes, Choose Weekly..

..or Choose Monthly..

..or Choose Quarterly..

..or Choose Yearly.

Choose to Send or not Automatically

If yes, Calendar will appear

Choose date

Save Changes

Draft will appear

You can customize your invoice

Change the Invoice Title

Type the details

Click to save

Add Description

Type in the details

Click to save

Type the details

Fill up the Item

Fill up the Description

How Much..

How Many

Costs is computed for you

Click here to save

The invoice is now ready to send

Want to edit
the client
Info?..

Click here

Fill up the details

Save Changes

Client Info Updated

Can add footer

Type in the footer

Click Save

Footer Updated

Ready to send

Click Send to client..

This will appear

Click Send

Received

Click here

Click Mark as Paid
