ble users abilities.
2. Part one:
Dwellings for four guest teachers situ-
ated at Bergen school of architecture`s
site.
The dwelling situation should
accommodate basic needs like; eating,
sleeping, washing, working.
In addition to dwelling the project aims
to make the entrance situation more
clear, tying all common functions to-
gether and making it accessible to eve-
rybody. There are also added resources
for students like working space, a more
integrated library, a bigger workshop
and a cantine that opens to the seaside.
The new spaces in the silo align with
existing floors at B.A.S. so that eleva-
tors can be used to reach all floors and
existing floors can be extended when
needed.
Three of the vertical silos are kept as
they are, opened in the top, and func-
tions as a light shaft that ends over the
library at the mezzanine level.

Investigations of users disability and
abilities.
User: Paul Magne M. has cataracts giv-
ing a blurred representation of the sur-
roundings.
He preferably uses known routes, and
uses visible contrasts to se curbs and
obstacles in the way. When crossing
open spaces low contrast obstacles can
be a hazard.
I wanted to work with how a space can
be lit in a comfortable an descriptive
way. The following pictures shows differ-
ent light studies, some models some one
to one.
