Welcome to PP1 Thull
• First ever micro enterprise, based upon
renewable energy and micro loans on zero
collateral.
• 10 farmers, 1 carpenter, 2 Dry cleaners and a
family of 30 people.
• From 200 rupees a day to 3000.
• A step towards achieving MDGs at Micro Level.
Idea, Innovation & Implementation
• Invest Waste is a Sukkur based Start-up company, Our Goal is to
provide energy for commercial and consumption purposes to the
bottom of the pyramid, people living below poverty line via cost
effective renewable resource “Biogas”.
• Our purpose is to help alleviate poverty via enabling our target
market into starting up business of their own by using energy as a
key resource and providing them with loans to start a network of
small business with the potential of self sustaininance within three
years of time.
• Since our target niche is mostly communities living in rural parts of
Sindh and Baluchistan We will not only be providing them with
capital and resources but will collaborate with Market-ING to help
them select a business, train them accordingly and be an
intermediary in selling the products and services to customers
nationally and internationally.
Growth and Risks
• Our Goal is to increase our reach to as many
villages and communities as possible in the first
term.
• Will move towards urban areas by shifting to
portable Boilers in second term.
• Build a micro enterprise network within 5 years.
• Solar power projects posing as a potential risk
and competitor in future.
• Less trained communities.
