This presentation introduces the Lean Startup Method for building a business, which focuses on developing minimum viable products (MVPs) to test assumptions, rapidly iterating based on what is learned from measuring customer feedback, and either pivoting in a new direction or continuing to iterate on the product to drive growth. The goal is to build and measure efficiently to learn quickly what works and what doesn't.
