1. The word Islam ‫یسلم‬ ‫سلم‬Scale of ‫تفعیل‬
The word Islam has a two –fold meaning : 1-
Submission to God

2. This submission requires a fully Conscious and
willing effort to submit to the one Almighty
God .One must Consciously and
conscientiously give oneself to the Service of
Allah.The Means to act on What Allah enjoins
all of us to do (in The Qura’n) and what his
beloved Prophet ,Muhammad
(p.b.u.h)encourage us to do in his Sunnah
(his life style and sayings personifying the
Qura’n).

3.  Once was humble ourselves ,rid ourselves of
our egoism and submit totally to Allah and to
him exclusively ,in faith and in action ,we
will surely feel peace in our hearts.
Establishing peace in our hearts will bring
about peace in our external conduct as well.

4.  God (Allah):
 Muslim have nothing in common with atheists
,polytheists(to belief in many god), and
those who associate others with the One
God.
 The Arabic word for One God is Allah ,Lord
and Creator of the universe.
 To believe in polytheism (worship more then
one God) will entail the difficulty of the
division of powers between the several gods.

5.  In their praiseworthy solicitude ,for not
attributing evil to God ,Certain thinkers have
thought of two different gods.
 A god of the good and a god of the evil.
 Monotheism (One God) alone ,pure and
unmixed can satisfy reason. God is One
.though He is capable of doing all sort of
things. Hence the Multiplicity or his
attributes .God is not only the Creator ,but
also the master of all.

6. Shirk literally means partnership or sharing or
associating but in terminology of Islam it refers
to assigning partners to Allah ,or ascribing Divine
attribute to others beside Allah and believing
that the source of power ,harm and blessing
comes from others beside Allah.its is opposite of
Tauheid.

“ Whoever joins otheres gods with Allah ,Allah will
forbid him the garden and the fire will be his
abode ,There will for the Wrong –doers be no one
to help.5:72

“Allah forgive not that partners should be set
up with him ,but he forgives anything else to
whom He pleases”
 Shirk in the existence of Allah :‫یولد‬ ‫ولم‬ ‫یلد‬ ‫لم‬
 Shirk in attributes:
 Shirk in worship

8.  The Most prominent angels are:
 Angel Gabriel :means is “the power of God”
is the one who brought message of Allah to
Muhammad and all other Prophets.
 Angel Azrael : is the angel of Death ,who
takes away life.
 Angel Mikael :provides provisions to people
,he is also responsible for rainfall.
 Angel Israfil : The angel who blows the
trumpet to singal Qiyamah in Islam.

9.  Kiram-il kattiben :record the deeds of a
person
Allah says:

10.  The Zabur (Psalms)was revealed to Dawood .
 (p.b.u.h)
 The Torah was revealed to Musa (p.b.u.h)
 The Injil(Bible) was sent to Esa. (p.b.u.h)
 The Qura’n was revealed to
Muhammad(p.b.u.h)

11.  An angel brings the message of God to a
chosen man ,and it is this latter who is
charged with its communication to the
people. In Quranic terminology. this human
agent of the message is differently
called:Nbai (prophet)Rasool
(Messenger)Mursal (envoy)Bashir
(announcer)Nadhir (warner)ect.

12. a belief concerning death end of the world.
The prophet Muhammad has also demanded
belief in the doomsday(Qayamah)
Paradise as a reward and Hell as a punishment

13.  The Second Trumpet will be blown and there
will be resurrection not only of man but also
of angels ,jinn, beasts, birds and everything
that existed in the world.

14.  Then will a second one be sounded when
behold they will be standing and looking
on!and the Earth will shine with the glory of
its Lord:the record (of deeds)will be placed
(open)(az zumar -68.69)

15. In this expose .The Prophet Muhammad has lastly
demanded the belief that the determination
(qadr)of all good and evil is from God.
Conclusion: This is a resume practically of that a
Muslim has to believe. The hole formola of the
creed is succinctly summed up in the too
expressions :”There is no God if not God himself
,and Muhammad is the messenger and slave -
Servant of God.”
