Facilitator Dawn Williams
Dawn started her career in the
secretarial and administrative industry in
1979 and has worked in various
administrative positions at large
corporations within South Africa including the supervision of a
call centre with 30 agents.
In 2006, Dawn together with a colleague took over the
management of the Institute for Certified Administrative
Professionals (ICAP) in order to uplift the Secretarial and
Administrative industry through continuous learning ICAP gave
Dawn the opportunity to: Facilitate the pre-examination
workshop for the Certified Administrative Professional (CAP)
examination and administer the examinations of behalf of the
International Association for Administrative Professionals (IAAP)
in South Africa from 2006-2012 ; Partner with Dictum Publishers
from 2006-2011 for the PA of the Year Award and facilitate the
round table workshops at the annual PA Summit ; Speak on
various topics as guest speaker at conferences and workshops.
In 2013, Dawn started Reach New Levels in order to encourage
Administrative Professionals throughout Africa (and the rest of
the world) to further themselves through continuous learning
and to encourage them to start moving up 'the ladder' and to
REACH NEW LEVELS! She facilitates master classes in Zimbabwe,
Tanzania, Botswana, Namibia and Singapore.
Topics include; all aspects of communication, managing your
career, records management, global business protocol,
customer service, networking and others skills affecting the
career of those in the secretarial and administrative industry.
Dawn completed the Certified Administrative Professional
(CAP) programme and the Organisational Management (OM)
specialty exam from the International Association of
Administrative Professionals (IAAP), Microsoft international
certifications (MOS) and is a Master Instructor for Microsoft
Office.
She was a founding member of the IAAP Johannesburg
Chapter At Large and served on the Community of Expert
Practitioners (CEP) at Services Seta (Sector for Education and
Training Authority) in South Africa for the Secretarial and
Administrative industry. Dawn has also written many articles on
the secretarial / administrative industry for various publications.

Accepted applications to attend the Envision Int. conference or training
course (“Event”) are in every case subject to these terms and conditions:
Payment Terms – To secure your registration, payment must be made in full
upon receipt of invoice.
Confirmation of Registration – Application for registration will not be
accepted/confirmed before payment is received (and applications may be
treated by ENVISION INT. as having lapsed if payment is not received within 10
(ten) days of invoice).
Right of Admission – ENVISION INT. reserves the right to refuse admission to the
Event where evidence of full payment cannot be produced.
Included in Conference/Course Fee – are lunch, refreshments provided by
ENVISION INT. and such detailed conference/course material as ENVISION INT.
deems appropriate.
Views of Speakers at any Conference or Training Course – are their own and
do not necessarily reflect the views of ENVISION INT., its employees, agents or
contractors.
Delegate Substitutions – may be made at any time without incurring additional
charges (ENVISION INT. to be notified in writing of any such changes).
Delegate Cancellations – must be received by ENVISION INT. in writing and
● cancellations received 15 working days before Event start-date,
entitle the cancelling delegate to a full credit of amounts paid to
date of cancellation which may only be redeemed against the cost
of any future ENVISION INT. Event, within one year from date of such
cancellation;
● any cancellations received less than 15 working days before the
Event start-date, do not entitle the cancelling delegate to any refund
or credit note and the full fee must be paid;
● non-attendance without written cancellation is treated as a
cancellation with no entitlement to any refund or credit.
ENVISION INT. Substitutions and Cancellations
● Speakers and topics are confirmed at the time of publishing of the
programme, but ENVISION INT. reserves the right to substitute, alter or
cancel advertised speakers and/or topics in appropriate
circumstances (and will give notice of such substitutions or alterations
on its web-site and or in writing as soon as possible, having regard to
the circumstances)
● If ENVISION INT. cancels an Event, delegate payments at the date of
cancellation will be credited to a future ENVISION INT. Event (such
credit is available for up to one year from the date of cancellation). If
ENVISION INT. postpones an Event, delegate payments at the
postponement date will be credited towards the rescheduled Event.
If the delegate is unable to attend the rescheduled Event, the
delegate will receive a full credit of amounts paid up to the date of
postponement which may only be redeemed against the cost of any
future ENVISION INT. Event (and such credit will be available for one
year from the date of postponement). No cash refunds whatsoever
are available for cancellations or postponements.
Indemnity – ENVISION INT. is absolved from and indemnified against any loss or
damage as a result of substitution, alteration or cancellation/postponement of
an Event arising from any cause whatsoever, including, without limitation, any
fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that
renders performance of the Event impracticable or impossible. A “fortuitous
event” includes, but is not limited to, war, fire, flood, riot, industrial action,
extreme weather or other emergency.
Warranty of Authority – The signatory warrants that he/she has the authority to
sign this Application and agrees to be personally liable to ENVISION INT. for
payments falling due pursuant thereto should such warranty be breached

Facilitator Dawn Williams Dawn started her career in the secretarial and administrative industry in 1979 and has worked in various administrative positions at large corporations within South Africa including the supervision of a call centre with 30 agents. In 2006, Dawn together with a colleague took over the management of the Institute for Certified Administrative Professionals (ICAP) in order to uplift the Secretarial and Administrative industry through continuous learning ICAP gave Dawn the opportunity to: Facilitate the pre-examination workshop for the Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) examination and administer the examinations of behalf of the International Association for Administrative Professionals (IAAP) in South Africa from 2006-2012 ; Partner with Dictum Publishers from 2006-2011 for the PA of the Year Award and facilitate the round table workshops at the annual PA Summit ; Speak on various topics as guest speaker at conferences and workshops. In 2013, Dawn started Reach New Levels in order to encourage Administrative Professionals throughout Africa (and the rest of the world) to further themselves through continuous learning and to encourage them to start moving up 'the ladder' and to REACH NEW LEVELS! She facilitates master classes in Zimbabwe, Tanzania, Botswana, Namibia and Singapore. Confirmation of Registration – Application for registration will not be accepted/confirmed before payment is received (and applications may be treated by ENVISION INT. as having lapsed if payment is not received within 10 (ten) days of invoice). Right of Admission – ENVISION INT. reserves the right to refuse admission to the Event where evidence of full payment cannot be produced. Included in Conference/Course Fee – are lunch, refreshments provided by ENVISION INT. and such detailed conference/course material as ENVISION INT. deems appropriate. Views of Speakers at any Conference or Training Course – are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of ENVISION INT., its employees, agents or contractors. Delegate Substitutions – may be made at any time without incurring additional charges (ENVISION INT. to be notified in writing of any such changes). Delegate Cancellations – must be received by ENVISION INT. in writing and ● cancellations received 15 working days before Event start-date, entitle the cancelling delegate to a full credit of amounts paid to date of cancellation which may only be redeemed against the cost of any future ENVISION INT. Event, within one year from date of such cancellation; ● any cancellations received less than 15 working days before the Event start-date, do not entitle the cancelling delegate to any refund or credit note and the full fee must be paid; ● non-attendance without written cancellation is treated as a cancellation with no entitlement to any refund or credit. ENVISION INT. Substitutions and Cancellations ● Speakers and topics are confirmed at the time of publishing of the programme, but ENVISION INT. reserves the right to substitute, alter or cancel advertised speakers and/or topics in appropriate circumstances (and will give notice of such substitutions or alterations on its web-site and or in writing as soon as possible, having regard to the circumstances) ● If ENVISION INT. cancels an Event, delegate payments at the date of cancellation will be credited to a future ENVISION INT. Event (such credit is available for up to one year from the date of cancellation). If ENVISION INT. postpones an Event, delegate payments at the postponement date will be credited towards the rescheduled Event. If the delegate is unable to attend the rescheduled Event, the delegate will receive a full credit of amounts paid up to the date of postponement which may only be redeemed against the cost of any future ENVISION INT. Event (and such credit will be available for one year from the date of postponement). No cash refunds whatsoever are available for cancellations or postponements. Indemnity – ENVISION INT. is absolved from and indemnified against any loss or damage as a result of substitution, alteration or cancellation/postponement of an Event arising from any cause whatsoever, including, without limitation, any fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of the Event impracticable or impossible. A “fortuitous event” includes, but is not limited to, war, fire, flood, riot, industrial action, extreme weather or other emergency.
