• They apply at hiringpsychics.com or
hiringpsychics.co.uk
• Our Recruiting Department reviews their
application and if acceptable, moves them
forward to be evaluated
• Candidates perform 2-3 test readings with our
psychic evaluators
• Potential hires (those who receive at least 2
hire votes in their evaluations) are asked to
complete a criminal background check
• Candidates we would like to hire are then
offered a contract. They also then complete
some biographical surveys about their skills

Welcome to your introduction to Advisor Services! My name is Bianca and I am the Training and Product Development coordinator for our Advisor Services Department. I will go over our department in more detail in part two of the introduction. Right now, I would like to talk about something you are surely very curious about, and that is: Who are our psychics?
How do we find our psychics? Most of our potential psychics come to us, via a Google search for “Psychic Jobs” or on a recommendation from an existing client, friend or family member. We also receive referrals from the psychics who are currently working on our line. We receive an average of 300 psychic applications a month!
Where are our psychics? Our Psychics work from home and reside all over the United States, United Kingdom and Canada.
How are our psychics hired? Only 2 out of every 100 psychics make it onto our line. Potential psychics go through the following process to be considered:

You are our Evaluators! Our Evaluator Team is a group of knowledgeable and enthusiastic CS reps (and a few people from other departments) who enjoy getting psychic readings and who have a firm understanding of what our customers are looking for. If you are interested in becoming an evaluator once you have completed your probationary period, let your supervisor know!
