Over 18 years, he held various roles including waiter, head barman, and food and beverage manager. Currently, he is the resident manager at Constance Le Prince Maurice, where he assists the general manager in daily operations and ensuring guests' needs are met. He believes the qualities needed for management are self-motivation, passion for challenges, dedication to customer service, and leadership and teamwork skills.
