WHAT IS INTERVIEW ?
● The word Interview is derived from French word Entrevior which denotes a
meeting between two person to get a view of each other.
● An interview is a face to face conversation between the interviewer and the
interviewee , where interviewer seeks replies from the interviewee for
choosing a potential human resource.
● Interview refers to a formal, in-depth conversation between two or more
persons.

● Collect additional informations.
● Observe the situation carefully.
