guidelines.
 At GreedyGame, the interview process consists of several carefully curated steps which would help us
in understanding each other in a better way.
 We are not looking for just a skill match, but for a new member of our clan.
Profile Screening by HR

A very careful screening of your profile/s by the HR team, to ascertain the fitment with
our job description.
Why? : Reducing errors, 360 degree evaluation
Timeline: 3 working days from your application
Response: You will be intimidated via email

Profile Screening by the Hiring Manager
A very careful screening of your profile/s by the
Hiring Manager, to assess your skills and
experience.
Why? : To evaluate technical skills and experience
Timeline: 3 working days from the email by HR
Response: You will be intimated of the next step via call

Telephonic Interview
Our available timings are - Monday to Friday:
12 - 8 pm.
Why? : Introductory call to get to know each other
better
Timeline: Scheduled at earliest, mutually convenient
time.
Response: Via call within 2 working days

Face to Face Interview
Our available timings are - Monday to Friday: 12 - 8 pm.
Rounds : HR Round, Meeting with hiring managers, Meeting with founders
During the interview, you will also receive problem statement/s, related to the role
that you have applied for.
Timeline: Scheduled at earliest, mutually convenient time.
Response: You will be intimidated of the status via call within 3 working days.
