Dear Hiring Manager:
It was my pleasure to work with Yaacov for a few months earlier this year. I hired him as a
recruiter for my merchant services company, Payment Solution Brokers.
Yaacov recruiter at least 20 salespeople and other recruiters during the 2-3 month time
period that he worked for my company. That represented a substantial increase over what
my salespeople were able to do on their own in terms of recruitment. Yaacov utilized
ZipRecruiter, Internships.com, and other job boards in order to bring in these very
qualified candidates. He responded in a timely fashion to all of my calls and emails, and
saved me a lot of time by walking all of his new hires through the interview and paperwork
stages of the recruitment process. I am certain that he will be a valuable asset to any
company he works for in the future because of his positive attitude and his ability to
actually get the needed tasks done on time.
I was disappointed to find out that Yaacov was no longer able to work for my company, but
I assured him that he would always have a position waiting if he chose to come back. I
would highly recommend Yaacov as a job candidate for any business-related position
because of his work ethic and ability to work independently once given directions.
