This brilliantly delicious idea originated from my family’s interest in a particular burger blend of 50% beef, and 50% bacon, sold at a local butcher in Massachusetts. We envisioned this blend becoming widely available across the food industry. After years of startup trial and error, a friend connected us with an amazing chef in New York City and the vision started to become a reality.
