WPS Resources Corporation is a holding company based in Green Bay, Wisconsin that owns three subsidiary companies providing both regulated and nonregulated energy products and services. The subsidiaries are Wisconsin Public Service Corporation, a regulated electric and gas utility; WPS Energy Services, Inc., which targets retail energy sales and related nonregulated services; and WPS Power Development, Inc., which develops and owns nonregulated electric generation projects.
