12 V, 30 W design for 36-57 V input for Power-over-
Ethernet (PoE) applications
Needs high efficiency, low EMI
Target spec: >85% efficiency and <240 mV ripple
Time-line: 3 months for complete development

New efficiency is 87.5% (~50% reduction in losses!)
Ripple/noise reduced from 450 mV to 130 mV
