 Needs high efficiency, low EMI
 Target spec: >85% efficiency and <240 mV ripple
 Time-line: 3 months for complete development

 New efficiency is 87.5% (~50% reduction in losses!)
 Ripple/noise reduced from 450 mV to 130 mV
