Quality Concrete Construction, Canton Concrete, and Hercules Concrete Pumping will not be responsible for towing costs, lost materials, or damages when serving Century Construction due to past issues with ingress and egress at its sites. Additionally, Quality Concrete will not be liable for any plumbing not buried below footer depth, and any related costs will be billed directly to Century Construction.

Due to persistent problems in the past Quality Concrete Construction
LLC, Canton Concrete, and Hercules Concrete Pumping will not assume
responsibility for any towing cost, loss of material, or damages incurred
while serving Century Construction. This is a direct result of unacceptable
ingress / egress. Also Quality Concrete Construction LLC will not be held
liable for any plumbing that is not buried under footer depth. All cost will be
directly billed to Century Construction.
