This document summarizes a release waiver and quitclaim agreement between an individual and a private financier regarding a motor vehicle. The individual acknowledges receipt of payment in full settlement of any claims regarding the described vehicle. In consideration of this payment, the individual agrees to release, discharge, and waive any actions or claims, current or future, against the private financier and associated parties regarding the vehicle. thereto, as well as any and all claims of whatever kind and nature which I have or may have
against the said described vehicle, arising from any untoward and un warranted scenarios
,fortuitous events or acts of god, with ( the termination with of my claims under the described

Plate No: _____________________, registered under my name.
In consideration of said payment, I do hereby quitclaim, release, discharge and waive
any and all actions of whatever nature, expected, real or apparent, which I may have against
_________________________________, its directors, officers, employees, agents and
clients by reason of or arising from OF ANY EVENTS, I will institute no action, whether civil,
criminal, against _________________________________ (private financier) its directors,
officers, employees, agents and clients. Any and all actions which I may have commenced
either solely in my name or jointly with others before any office, board, bureau, court, or
