The Indiana University of Pennsylvania Career and Professional Development Center (CPDC) provided career coaching and resources to over 10,000 students and alumni in the 2015-2016 academic year. Key services included 2,939 career coaching appointments, 126 career-related workshops, and 1,567 resume reviews. Surveys found 99% of students were satisfied with CPDC services and indicated the appointments helped further their career goals. The CPDC also connected students to employers through 994 mock interviews, 309 etiquette dinners, and career fairs/networking events engaging over 3,700 employers. Graduate outcome surveys revealed 98% of graduates for whom data was collected were employed, with 79% working in their desired field.
