 Versioning of artifacts, so that you can have a frozen
version with its attributes.
 Useful for traceability and audits

 Traceability between the versions of the artifacts
 Status changes automated (e.g. when the new one is approved, the
old one is marked as ‘superseded’)
 Create simple hosted forms that would populate Spira
artifacts.

 Have a separate role permission for moving
requirements/releases/tasks/test cases / test sets
 That way you would not need to have bulk edit
 Could drag and drop the items on this list safely that way
 Have an option to bulk transition items that are all in the
same status (assuming role is allowed!)
 More complex would be to do an edit on the grid without
‘bulk edit’ that would follow the workflow [harder]
 Make all artifact statuses customizable. Migrate automations
to SpiraApps vs. being hard-coded in the system.

 Track the history to systemwide configuration changes
 Track the history of changes to the template (e.g. workflows,
custom fields, types, statuses, etc.)
 Have away to protect the templates from unauthorized
changes, even from system admins (e.g. special password or
passkey that would be used to protected it)
 Have an option to prevent system admins from project
level changes.

multi-select group of users not just a fixed group.
