fictional gems appearing in American
comic books published by Marvel
Comics.

3. They confer predictable abilities on their
owners like teleportation (Space), telepathy
(Mind) and time-travel (Time). Oh, apart
from the Soul Gem, which sends people to a
heavenly pocket dimension.

4. We have set up some connections
between such powerful gems from the
film “Avengers Infinity War” and our
Business World to help us to better deal
with professional challenges and
obstacles.

5. Power Gem
Increased strength and durability, enhances
virtually any known superhuman ability, energy
manipulation. It also supplies the other gems
with their power and energies.

6. Power comes in many different forms, and
leaders need to learn how to handle each
type. There are seven types of power and
it is important to identify them to take the
most of such elements.

7. Legitimate Power is where a person in a
higher position has control over people in
a lower position in an organization.
Coercive Power is where a person leads
threats and force. It is unlikely to win
respect and loyalty from employees for
long.

8. Expert Power is the perception that one
possesses superior skills or knowledge.
Informational Power is where a person
possesses needed or wanted information.
This is a short-term power that doesn't
necessarily influence or build credibility.

9. Reward Power is where a person motivates
others by offering raises, promotions, and
awards.
Connection Power is where a person attains
influence by gaining favor or simply
acquaintance with a powerful person. This
power is all about networking.

10. Referent Power is the ability to convey a
sense of personal acceptance or approval.
It is held by people with charisma,
integrity, and other positive qualities. It is
the most valuable type of power.
