The automotive market in Indonesia saw increased growth in January-February 2014, with cumulative sales reaching 215,277 units, up 7.6% from 2013. Sedans remain the largest market segment at 35.3%, though the low-cost green car (LCGC) segment is increasing and now accounts for 30% of the market. The overall Indonesian automotive market is projected to reach between 1.2 and 1.3 million units sold in 2014.
