Content can be viewed on the site, mobile devices, or embedded on other websites. As a teacher, SlideShare is a useful tool for sharing documents, practicing pronunciation with audio and video, and developing language skills through student-created dialogues, explanations of topics, and other interactive content.  It is a hosting service for professional content including presentations, infographics, documents, and videos.
Users can upload files privately or publicly in PowerPoint, Word, PDF, or OpenDocument format. Content
can then be viewed on the site itself, on hand held devices or embedded on other sites. Launched on
October 4, 2006, the website is considered to be similar to YouTube, but for slideshows. It was acquired by
LinkedIn in 2012. it also supports documents, PDFs, videos and webinars. Slide share also provides users the
ability to rate, comment on, and share the uploaded content.

 It is an useful tool because as a teacher, you can
upload and share documents of any open office
program, it has audio and video so you can use
this ítems to practice pronunciación, introducing
some lessons , the teacher or students can create
some dialogues or explain any topic to develop
any language skill (writing,Reading, listening and
speaking).

4. Why is it important?
 is important because it is a resource to teach, it is
innovate and make the classes more didactic and
entertaining where students can participate
