Our Thriller Opening
A young girl is walking home and is texting
and listening to her music ( the music will be
audible to the audience)in contrast to this there
will be a lot of use of cross cutting to a man
rummaging through a house looking for
something. The girl then comes home at night
to find that her house has been broken into.
However, nothing is stolen, and it appears that
somebody is looking for something specific.
The intruder in the house is in fact her dads
DEA agent friend who is planning to kidnap
the girl because she knows about his affair with
Overall Vision
The rest of the film is set two months later. The dad is the hero in the
film who is trying to find out where his missing daughter is. The dad’s
best friend and work colleague appears to he helping him. However, it
is revealed that it was him in the house who took his daughter, and was
leading him further away from finding her. This is because he never
wants him to find out that it was truly him who took his daughter to
stop her from revealing the fact he was having an affair with an
underage girl.
