The Imaginarium Project features a cake decorating competition, the Confectioneries Convention Competition (CCC), open to all cake makers and decorators on March 24, 2011, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with various categories for prizes. Participants must use cakes prepared in professional kitchens, transport their own cakes, and provide ingredient lists, with judging by local celebrity judges. The evening event, Caketopia, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., allows attendees to sample cakes, network, and enjoy entertainment while having a chance to win door prizes.

5. Competition DetailsThe competition is open to all cake makers and cake decorators. Provide own cakes for the eventMust be prepared in a professional industry kitchen that is sanitary and has met all health inspection regulations. Proper food handling procedures must be followed. Those who do not bake may still enter if they find a professional sponsor or baker to create their cakes. Lists of ingredients of each cake must be provided.
