Noah and the Whale played a sold out show at Brighton's Dome Theatre in October 2011. The photographer, Gary Marlowe, had only three songs to capture images and the lighting was best later in the show, posing challenges. Marlowe aimed to create unique images that matched the band's quirky personality. He developed a distinctive graphic style across diverse subjects in his work. The images from the Noah and the Whale concert remain his intellectual property.
