The FBI and the Sneads are partially response for Nikolas Cruz getting away with what he did.

Abstract- This article puts forth the hypothesis that the
Federal Bureau of Investigation could have prevented the
Stoneman High School mass murder wherein 17 students
were killed and countless injured by finding the IP address
of the mass murderer after it obtained its initial lead. It
demonstrates the importance of the uniqueness of the
spelling Nikolas in finding the potential homicidal maniac
in the data base. It discusses significance of fact that mass
murderer Nikolas Cruz was autistic and might have had a
Jewish mother.

I. STUDIES AND FINDINGS
The FBI could have tracked Nikolas Cruz down with the
information supplied to it by Ben Bennight.On September
24, 2017 at approximately 7:14 PM, Nikolas Cruz
expresssed his ambition to be a professional school shooter
in a YouTube comment on Ben’s channel. It was a good
lead because it was on the YouTube page of a bounty
hunter, not a ballet dancer. The FBI should have used this
information consisting of a true name and IP address to
find the commentor.
USE OF SOFTWARE TO FIND IP ADDRESS.
There were traces of the IP address on Ben’s computer
cache, on the weblog of his You Tube Channel, and in the
weblog of the You Tube Server that put it in his channel
and in Cruz’s ISP server but not in Ben’s screenshot.
FBI could have had Ben get the info from his You Tube
account as there would be a record of Cruz’s IP address in
the web log when he made the comment. YouTube posts
publicly in its privacy policy that user information, like an
account's IP address, is available for all users of its
platforms.
The comment was deleted from Ben’s page by YouTube.
The IP is encoded in deleted comment which might still
exist on the You Tube server with a 0 ahead of rest of the
code.
YouTube outlines a procedure by which law enforcement
authorities can obtain the information. FBI could have
gotten his IP address from YouTube if it was an emergency
situation of life and death. FBI could have sent an
"Emergency Disclosure Request" by fax to Google, asking
for the IP address of the commenter. Google could provide
the most recent one, an IP address that had been used to
access Ben's YouTube page within the last week. FBI then
could take the address to ISP and issue an "Emergency
Situation Disclosure Request By Law Enforcement."
Verizon would have turned over the subscriber information
attached to the IP address during the time in question. It
traced to Cruz.
Even when you configure servers to use a properly
configured DNS server they will retain previously resolved
DNS addresses. The DNS resolution data is usually cached
on both the client computer and the DNS server. So until
the cache expiration time expires you will continue to see
the same name resolution results.
DNS translates more readily memorized domain names to
the numerical IP addresses needed for locating and
identifying computer services and devices with the
underlying network protocols.
No need for the FBI to get a warrant signed by a judge the
IP address was available as it passed through the various
stages of cyberspace.
The FBI claimed “No other information was included with
that comment which would indicate a time, location or the
true identity of the person who made the comment.” The
post read “about an hour ago,” the location could have
been found through IP address that provides latitude and
longitude. The shooter used own name. So this is a cover
up for not following up the lead.

II. THE ODD SPELLING OF THE NAME: FEW NIKOLAS
AND EVEN LESS “NIKOLAS CRUZ” IN USA
FBI SAC Miami Michael Lasky: “The FBI conducted
database reviews, and open source checks but was unable
to further identify the person who actually made the
comment." In other words they checked the FBI criminal
database and came up with nothing because Cruz had no
criminal record. That was why he could buy the assault
weapon. There are no traces of this guy in the public data
bases but a search did reveal this – there are not too many
people listed who spell their name Nikolas. It is an odd
spelling for sure and narrows down the search. FBI should
have called all of them.
What about closed source checks? Cruz had a job at a
Dollar Store so he had a Social Security Number. You use
that to open up a lot more leads. That would supply a date
of birth and age factor. A school shooter generally meant
another high school student so if the person was over a
certain age that Nikolas could be ruled out. They could
have narrowed it down to the name, area provided by the
IP address or gone to the scum’s internet provider also
provided by the IP. He came from an affluent home had
credit cards and bank accounts. These people are supposed
to be snoops. When they visit me they stand outside the
door and listen in before knocking. There was nothing to
this first part of the investigation. But the second part Cruz
was handed to the Feds on a silver platter.
IT WAS CRUZ’ CLOSE FRIEND WHO SAVED HIM FROM
HOMELESSNESS, CODY SNEAD, WHO CONTACTED FBI
TIP LINE
After his adopted step mother Lynda died Cruz
was taken in by Rocxanne Deschamps, age 42 from
Parkland, FL, but got kicked out after he discovered she
was committing identity theft and he was the victim. Many
members of a black criminal subculture chat group
expressed familiarity with Deschamps. In late November
2017 Cruz was taken in by the Snead family in Pompano
Beach, where he had his own room. He was friends with
Cody James Snead so Cody had his father James and
mother take him in when no one else wanted him. About a
month after living with this Cruz:
On January 5, 2018, a person close to
Nikolas Cruz contacted the FBI’s Public
Access Line (PAL) tip line to report
concerns about him. The caller provided
information about Cruz’s gun ownership,
desire to kill people, erratic behavior, and
disturbing social media posts, as well as
the potential of him conducting a school
shooting. Under established protocols, the
information provided by the caller should
have been assessed as a potential threat to
life. The information then should have
been forwarded to the FBI Miami Field
Office, where appropriate investigative
steps would have been taken. We have
determined that these protocols were not
followed for the information received by
the PAL on January. The information was
not provided to the Miami Field Office,
and no further investigation was conducted
at that time.
The Feds had the whole enchilada from Cody
James Snead (or his sister, mother or father) and dropped
the ball. My Guess is Cody for the snitch: He took the
miscreant in and was his homeboy.
Cruz’s gun ownership, desire to kill people, erratic
behavior, and disturbing social media posts, as well as the
potential of him conducting a school shooting. The key
here is erratic behavior; it had to be someone who was
around him a lot to differentiate one sort of behavior from
another. Knew that he had purchased an AR-15 which not
too many did. Had access to his computer and who he
actually confided in that he was going to shoot up a school.
It wasn’t the other employees of the dollar store who
reported no abnormality.
When FBI didn’t act on his information Cody
could have thought they are watching Cruz covertly or the
Feds didn’t feel he was a threat. The Sneads never went to
the local police with their information and phoned it in
anonymously to the FBI. Now they are changing their story
because they could be facing charges of criminal
negligence: James Snead is claiming he didn’t know Cruz
had a key to the gun safe. His first report said that he had
one and Nik had one. He also claimed Cruz never showed
any warning signs, said he or his wife were not the ones
who called in the tip but refused to give his son’s first
name. James, 48, is a decorated army veteran and a
military intelligence analyst who served stints in the
Middle East between 1988 and 1996.
Department of Children and Families Agency
investigators identified Cruz, 18, as a “vulnerable adult due
to mental illness.” In addition to depression, Cruz had
autism and attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, the
report said. He was regularly taking medication for the
ADHD. He cut himself after his girlfriend dumped him.
Adam Lanza, Sandy Hook mass murderer also was autistic.
Some of the underlying biological processes that result in

autism also result in behaviors that are outside of a person's
control similar to how the tremors associated with
Parkinson's disease are brought on by impulses that the
person cannot and they become extremely violent as if they
were possessed by the devil.
James Snead a former INTELL officer never
checked on his past before allowing him into their home?
They could have been told about these mental problems by
Cody and knew something in Nikolas was amiss. Did they
share his Nazi views? CNN reported Cruz had seven to ten
long arms including the AR-15. If he put all of them in it
the gun safe must have taken up half his room in the trailer.
At first it was only the assault rife that was in the safe.
Where did he store the others? He brought in body armor
with him, BB guns, knives. He said he let Cruz bring in
other rifles and handguns into the trailer because “he was a
hunter.” Cruz had sold knives to others kids at Stoneman
High School. Had gotten into trouble there and was
considered a threat. Cody was in the same class as Nik,
they were buds. He knew about Cruz.
THE BAD SEED
The Las Vegas mass murderer, Stephen Paddock
had genes and templates from a grifter, con artist, bank
robber and jail-breaker who spent years on the FBI's most-
wanted list. We will never know who Nikolas Jacob Cruz
birth mother was. White and Hispanic? A rich Jewish
woman who got involved with her gardener? This was why
his adoptive mother gave him the Jewish middle name
“Jacob.” To preserve his heritage of which only she knew?
Cruz told members of a Nazi Chat group that his birth
mother was Jewish and he was glad he never met her.
II. CONCLUSION
The FBI agent who took the call at the Seat of
Government field office and failed to send the information
to the Miami Field Office and the agents in Mississippi
who failed to track down the IP address were at fault as
was James Snead, who lied about not seeing any warning
signs when it was a family members who called in the tip.
