The funding will support small businesses, tech startups, education/arts/culture, and real estate development, with the goal of making downtown Las Vegas the most community-focused large city and co-learning capital in the world. The project emphasizes maximizing long-term returns on community and luck over short-term financial returns by focusing on density, street activity, and an open culture to promote serendipitous interactions.
