He has held roles such as sous chef and chef de cuisine, gaining experience in menu development, food preparation, and managing staff. Most recently, he spent two years as sous chef in Singapore, training under Chef Lino Suaro and expanding his expertise in cuisines like French, Italian, and Mediterranean.
