The meeting discussed progress on their Erasmus+ project evaluating aspects like impact and results. They revised the structure of their TwinSpace website and agreed on some changes. Future student and teacher exchanges between Spain and Turkey in October and November were planned, and Rize student assessments would be launched the following week. Participants evaluated student progress on learning objectives like language skills and problem-solving, but felt they needed to increase European awareness, and would create a new activity for that. Some students were not fully engaging, and participants agreed to address this with them.

9:00 – Meeting Commences
1) Progress report Inform.
Erasmus + coordinators have been working on Intermediate Evaluation Report.
During 3 hours the coordinators have been evaluating the progress of different aspects
of the project like impact, assessment, results, dissemination…
2) Etwinning revision.
The structure of our TwinSpace is revised and some changes are agreed.
3) Web Page revision.
The structure of our Web, hosted is wikispace is revised and some changes are agreed.
4) Next course mobilities.
à 3 Spanish teachers and 3 spanish students will go to Rize on October. The proposed
date is 16th – 22th October. Lourdes will ask Goyo and Principals for the date.
We will try to move the three students that have been hosting Turkish students although they
will be in 12th grade.
à There will be one teachers mobility from Rize to Spain (3 teachers) to participate in some
teachers workshops (Multiple Intelligences, In search of a Unified theory …)
The proposed date is 27th November- 03rd December. Lourdes will ask Goyo and Principals.

2. à There will be a final transnational meeting in Rize. Lourdes will go there in June alone and
will stay there for some days to fill the final report and to evaluate the project.
5) Rize assessment.
Adil has it ready and will launch it to students next week.
6) Students assessment of expected results
With the information that coordinators have until the moment (Badajoz students surveys and
direct observation) they use a rubric created by Lourdes to evaluate the progress of the
students expected results.
Most of them (Learning to learn, creativity, English, communication, ability to face
problems…) are been improved.
We must WORK HARDER on the increase of European feeling. Adil will create an specific
activity to increase it.
Some students aren´t working hard or aren´t taking advantage of the experience. We will talk
with them seriously to make them understand the importance of the activities and workshops
