General Objective: To promote the Socially Responsible Regions as a mean to
enhance compliance with the MDGs, local development and competitiveness, and
income distribution fairness supported on the economy particularities and advantages of
the different regions.

Program.

 The conference will be structured addressing two main subjects.

   1. What should be the priorities or agenda, in terms of Human Rights, Labor
      Rights, Environmental concerns and anti-corruption policies, that
      multistakeholders working groups must consider in order to consolidate a
      Responsible Region?
         a. This item look forward to answering the question what should be done.

   2. What kind of collective action should multistakeholders working groups
      undertake to guarantee that those issues are addressed?
         a. This item addresses the strategies to be undertaken.

 The above issues will be addressed from the region´s business and commercial
  strengths. This economic activities will be:

       1.   Port City economy
       2.   Tourism and trade.
       3.   Energy and minery.
       4.   Agro-industry
