SBI is one of the largest banks in India and
employee lakh of people. This also means
all the employees need to be trained at
regular intervals. Recently the bank aims at
training its employees to build high
performance bank branches.
As a group of consultants design a two
day training protocol to address the needs of the SBI Banks.
