The traditional model of independent film production has resulted in creative stifling and financial risks due to separate "creative" and "business" silos operating with different values. An integrated film production model is proposed to coordinate information between key participants and integrate story, budget, and resources to deliver a creative product with market value meeting both creative and financial expectations. Key elements include experienced producers, sales relationships, flexible story development, and financing no more than 90% of projected foreign sales to provide upside potential. This model aims to realize both commercial and creative success for producers and investors.
