Bandwidth upgraded to 512+384 kbps but 384 kbps line of ADSL is not
working now due to damage caused by EarthQuake
Internet connectivity to every PC users
Reliability of ISP increased to some extent and we also got options for
another if one gets limited

Published and advertised to public to visit website via facebook page as
well as in other functions

50 ench LED TV is procured for the process and Also Tested digital
system with open source software Zibo
But Due to earthquake, building is collapsed and no place to hang
for public.
Now put in a Hall and dishHome is connected.

21. Role of ICTV After Earthquake
Experienced a major shock of earthquake of 12th Baishakh Badly
Epicenter at Warpak, Gorkha,Nepal
Walk on office and went to lots of wards for relief work for couple of
weeks
Assigned for Information Collection and Management Committee
under DDRC Gorkha
Five members
1 Coordinator, 1 for Logistics management
3 Active and lively members:
• Statistical officer, Statistic office Gorkha;
• ICTV,Gorkha Municipality and
• ICTV, , DDC Gorkha
22. Role of ICTV After Earthquake continue…
Digitization of 67,364 household’s data
Real Volunteering but no incentives
Data we work out is used to provide RS.15000 for
each damaged household and it’s a great satisfaction
that DDRC believes us.
Beside this commitee,go for distribution of 15000 in
various municipal wards too….

Mandatory policies for implementation of ICT Tools
Adequate budget allocation for ICT infrastructure
and ICT trainings
Put some ICT topics in Performance Contract done
by Ministry to EO

Working on Digital Notice Board
Re-Networking further after building’s reconstruction
Try to put biometric Attendance
Server configuration
Give training to LB staff at least tri to convince them
