• TJBot is an open source bot to help access
Watson Services in a fun way. It’s a cardboard
robot which comes with an initial set of recipes
(step-by-step instructions) to help you connect
your TJBot to Watson cognitive services and
bring him to life.
• TJBot is the first maker kit and was created by
Maryam Ashoori at IBM Research as an
experiment to find the best practices in the
design and implementation of cognitive objects.
TJBot was was affectionately named after
Thomas J. Watson, the first Chairman and CEO
of IBM.
