The final episode of Satya Paul's Think Pink charity fashion show will be held at the Taj Mahal hotel in Mumbai on Monday evening to conclude a tour around India raising funds for the Woman's Cancer initiative. Jaya Bachchan will be the guest of honor while celebrities like Ajay Devgan, Bipasha Basu, Dino Morea, Zeenat Aman, and Queenie Dhody will walk the ramp, and Sanjay Dutt will speak on the cause while Aishwarya Rai will close the show.
No wonder fashion has been considered by many to be entertainment. Or, as Puneet Nanda of Satya. Paul defines it: “It’s drama, it’s theater, it’s art, it’s design.” Everything, that is, other than something related to the clothes you wear daily.

The pieces ranged greatly in price from 5000 rupees up to very expensive couture-level costs. The collection featured elegant ivory pieces as well as bold colors and prints, with details like Swarovski crystals, applique work, chains, and studs. While perfect for high society and celebrities, the high prices may limit the average person from enjoying Satya Paul's incredible designs.
“The sari,” said Puneet Nanda in Tokyo, “is a most elegant and amazing garment.”
Literally it is not a garment at all, but a length of in a basic style dating from antiquity. Simple though the sari seems to be, its wrapping and folding incorporate intricacies and subtleties. With bracelets, anklets and necklaces, the sari is undyingly popular with Indian women in all circumstances and for all occasions
