In Jude 17-23 Jude shifts from piling up examples of false teachers from the Old Testament to a series of practical exhortations that flow from apostolic instruction. One example,throughactual experiencewasthe 35-year-oldclientthathadrecentlylosther
husband.Inthe past life experience inwhichshe wasaman herbestfriendwasthe same “soul”that
inthislife washerrecentlydepartedhusband.The experience wasfeltstronglyenoughtobringher
to tears.Since a personinhypnosiscaneasilycommunicate withothersIaskedherwhatwas going
on and if she wouldlike me tohelpherdistance herself from the experienceandthe emotional
content.She toldme to not be concernedandaskedfortime to be alone withthe experience.When

that the tears were tears of joy.She toldme that it wasat that momentthatshe realizedthatshe
wouldsee herhusbandagain.Justknowingthisgave hergreatcomfortand helpedinhergrieving
process.
Althoughmanyhave hadintense experiencesrightawayitisas likelythatitfeelslike adream.Like a
dreamthe meaningmaynot become evidentrightaway.Othersmayfeel asif somethinghappened
but mayhave a hard time recallingthe experience.Sometime afterthe sessiontheymayexperience
an eventthattriggersthe memoryandthe meaningof the pastlife.Asstatedabove,thiscan
happenspontaneouslyforsome althoughhypnosisformostpeople will helpimmenselytoliftthe
veil betweenthe consciousandsubconsciousmind.Pastlife regressionscanbe experienced
individuallyorina group.Whetherthe contentissharedwithothersor istoo personal toshare in
that settingitisfunto share the hypnosisexperienceitself.Are youandyourfriendsintotrying
