Human rights issues persist in China, including restrictions on free speech and religion that lead to imprisonment, reports of torture in prisons, unfair trials where defendants lack representation, high death penalty rates, gender inequality as women face abuse, lack equal opportunities for education and jobs, and enforcement of a one-child policy through child seizures.

1. Human Rights Problem in China:1:People are not always allowed to say what they want, people go to prison for this.

2. 2: Every one is not allowed to practice their religion freely, people go to prison for prctising their religion.

3. 3:People are tortured when they are in prison,4:People do not get a fair trial, when they are accused of something

4. 5:People don’t get a lawyer or the chance to defend themselves when they are accused of something

5. 6:People are sent to death for crimes, this is common in China

6. 7:Women are abused and sold, they don’t have the same rights as men, they dont get the same chances for jobs either

7. 8:Women don’t get the same chance to go to school

8. 9:People are only allowed on child per family. People that have more than 1 child have can have their next child taken off them
