We need to redefine SOPs for every departent.
Throgh SOPs we can get Uniformity in process.

- We can fix KRA System for all levels this will bring
down Communication GAP between two people
- Few Initiative Such as

- Salary by 7th Every Monthly
- Retiral benefits such PF & Gratuity
- Loyalty Programm
- SPEED Program to promote talent in 6 month
PMS system in Place
- We need to implement PMS System Initially 6
Monthly then Quarterly
- PMS needs to be for all level , link with Promotion &
Salary Increment
- PMS will give us TNI for further development
Training
- In a long run need to set training department who
can plan schedule training as per TNI, requirement
and other parameters.
- Training will reduce attrition level, can increase
business growth, Can create positive environment
to units level.
Grievance Process
- We need to create Grievance process SOPs to
resolve their issues.
- We need to create proper Grievance & Counseling
session to employees
Audits
A- Internal Audit
- We will be implementing Audit Process every
Quarter to every unit by Unit Team
B - External Audit
We will be implementing Audit Process every
Quarter to every unit by Corp Team
C - ESS
That include Unit Hyginity, ,work environment, work
ethics,
Manager / Supervisor Behavior, any Wrong
practices
